Stainless chafing pan holder removable; can use base as warming tray. Variable heat control - 155 to 200 F. Safety signal light. Stylish Cool-Touch handles. Easy to clean stainless warming surface. 4 non-skid feet. 3 prong commercial cord set. Two-year warranty. UL Listed. 120 Volts - 300 Watts - 2.5 Amps. Foods should be fully cooked and already hot before being placed on Buffet Servers, which are designed for keep-warm function only. Our steam pans (pans only, not the lids) may be used to cook/heat foods to serving temperature in an oven, and then covered and transferred to the warming tray base for keep-warm.
