Important: The mill has no motor and cannot operate independently of the kitchen machines. It adjusts the grind from fine to coarse even during operation, and grinds directly into the stand mixer's bowl. Its rugged plastic tray holds up to 26-1/2 ounces (750 grams), with calibrations in 250-gram units. The tray measures 5-5/8 inches in diameter.
